Senior Story Producer (Production and Post)

As a creative lead and senior writer, you will be responsible for directing the creative team in the field with big picture story telling all the while tracking the material from the field as it comes through post. Working with the Exec Producer and creative stake holders you lead the post team including editors and story editors as an architect of the series and individual episodes.

You have experience as a creative lead in documentary series, your writing seems effortless. You think big picture but are capable of executing the details of smaller picture when necessary.

Story Editors (Post Production)

Working under the supervision of the Senior Story Producer, you take responsibility for writing and constructing individual episodes. You work as a self contained team with your picture editor. You deliver cuts on schedule and collaborate on notes from all stakeholders. You are an experienced factual / doc. series story editor and comfortable distilling hundreds of hours of shot material into concise stories.

Field Directors (Production)

Working in the field under the supervision of the Series Producer and Senior Story Producer, you manage the day to day coverage of stories in the field. You build and maintain relationships with the subjects and constantly liaise with the creative team at the home office collaborating on story as it evolves in the field.

You are an experienced director, experienced in the doc series format and have a desire and capability to tell the real stories of real people.

Shooter / Directors (Production)

You are a 'one man team' with the instincts of a director and the visual artistry of a camera operator. You understand visual story telling and are capable of taking direction from other directors and senior creative team members when dispatched to cover a story.

You are a capable and experienced 'run and gun' verite shooter, capable of building scenes in camera. You have a broad understanding of story and how it is told in the doc series format.
